Our Founder
Ryan Cardwell M.Ed
Ryan Cardwell is a distinguished education professional with over 20 years of experience in international education. His extensive background includes leadership roles in curriculum development, educational management, and professional training, with a particular focus on innovative approaches such as design thinking and teaching for mastery.
Throughout his career, Ryan has consistently bridged theory and practice to create impactful educational experiences. His collaboration with Harvard academics, including applying the ideas of Harvard Project Zero, has been a cornerstone of his work. By translating cutting-edge educational research into practical, real-world applications, he has empowered educators to foster creativity, critical thinking, and meaningful learning experiences for their students.

As the Director of Education for Ivy Education Group, Ryan led curriculum redesign and implemented systems that integrated training, pedagogy, and quality assurance across multiple campuses. His efforts ensured consistent educational excellence and positioned students for long-term success. He also founded the Ivy Training Institute, where he developed professional development programs emphasizing mastery learning and innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of educators and students alike.
